Tea Tree Gully > Campbelltown 145km
That was some win by Del Toro, the kid certainly has a lot of punch. Stage 3 is the second chance for the sprinters to shine, with Welsford looking for a second win, but Ewan and Bauhaus will want to spoil his party. The start is lumpy, hopefully they’ll be more action than the stage 2 start. With some gaps now on GC, we should see a bigger fight to get up the road. It’s another short stage, the sprint teams will be keen on keeping the gap down and setting it up for another bunch kick. The run for home is the same as the opening stage of the women’s TDU, but the final kilometre is different.
