It used to be called Race Torquay, now it’s Surf Coast Classic, totally radical dude. Most of the teams who competed in the TDU have stayed on, but QuickStep, Bora and UAE have packed their bags and headed west. It’s a shame, I wanted to see more of Del Toro. The race starts with a climb, but it should end in a sprint. Welsford dominated last week, who’s going to replace him on the top step?
