Sassoferrato > Cagli (Monte Petrano) 180km

This was meant to be the big GC day, but that ship has sailed, we’ll have to see what type of day we get. The race ends with Monte Petrano, Carlos Sastre won here in the Giro back in 2009, which seems like a lifetime ago. It’s a proper mountain finish, but I would have preferred the rest of the stage to be a little harder.
