It’s the 103rd edition of this grand, old race, usually one of the best stage races of the year. The organisers have decided to make things even harder this year, by adding in a 3rd mountaintop finish, a hilltop finish, and making some of the stages more challenging too. Pogačar is here, which means we’re unlikely to see a fight for the overall win, but I live in hope.
