One of my favourite stages of the season. Interestingly, the organisers have decided to lengthen the stage this year, it normally is around 130-140km. The Krabelin climb has been moved so it has more of an impact, it now sits in the 2nd half of the day. Paul Seixas extended his lead on GC today, he’s now 2:19 ahead of Roglič, Lipowitz is at 2:28 and Ion Izagirre is now just 1 second off the podium. The Basque rider was able to distance Seixas on the final rise to the line, the first hint of weakness I’ve seen from Seixas this year. What’s going to happen in this stage?
