Samail “Al Fayhaa Resthouse” > Eastern Mountain 192km Well, well, well, two years running the peloton make a mess of things and the break wins in the Yitti Hills. Hats off to Baptiste Veistroffer, that was a sensational ride. Stage 3 finishes on the Eastern Mountain, David Gaudu won here last year ahead of Adam Yates. It gives the first indication of who’ll be fighting for the overall win on the Green Mountain.

Bétera > Valencia 94km As in previous years, the women’s peloton gets to race the same route as the final stage of the men’s race, they are out in the morning with the men to follow in the afternoon. With a nasty climb in the middle, it should be one for the climbers, but there’s still a long way to go from the crest, which could allow dropped riders to get back into contention.

Alès > L’Hermitage 10.2km ITT The big day in Bessèges, who’s going to take home the title?

Al Rustaq Fort > Yitti Hills 193km Molano nailed the first stage, making a mockery of the bookies having Blikra as the favourite, I’m still not sure what they were thinking. Stage 2 is the Yitti Hills finish, quite a tricky one to predict, but it is exciting to watch. Last year, the peloton screwed up and a late attack took the win, hopefully that doesn’t happen again.

Al Ain Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium > Jebel Hafeet 156km The big day in the UAE Tour with the climb of Jebel Hafeet. Longo Borghini has a great record on this climb, winning the stage in 2023 and 2025, Lotte Kopecky was first home in 2024 when Longo Borghini was only 7th.

Saint-Christol-lez-Alès > Vauvert 155km After three 2nd places, can Unibet Rose Rockets finally get their win? It’s a flat stage which ends with two laps of a tricky circuit, attackers will have a chance in the final 10km.

Abu Dhabi TeamLab Phenomena > Abu Dhabi Breakwater 122km 2 from 2 for Wiebes, at least this time she looked out of breath. Can she complete the hattrick in stage 3?

La Nucía > Teulada Moraira 172km The first of two big GC days in Valenciana. With 3232m of climbing, this is the Queen stage, we should see a huge fight between Red Bull – Bora and UAE.
