Figueira da Foz > Figueira da Foz 192km Just the 3rd edition of this “classic” race, we had a small group sprint in 2023 and Remco winning solo in 2024, it’s an exciting route and the organisers have stuck with it.
2025 Clasica de Almeria Preview
Puebla de Vícar > Roquetas de Mar 189km A good old sprinter classic, there’s something quite nice about waiting all day for a big sprint finish. The start list looks a bit weaker compared to previous years, there’s a chance for a “smaller” rider to cause a surprise.
2025 Tour de la Provence Stage 2 Preview
Forcalquier > Manosque 168km After a great win today, Sam Bennett is in the race lead. Given the sprint was into a headwind, he benefited from being just behind when the sprint launched, and then he used his skill to get through the smallest of gaps. AG2R now have something to defend, but they know that Lidl-Trek and EF will try to put them under pressure.
2025 Vuelta Murcia Preview
Jumilla > Murcia 199km Last year the race provided a brilliant battle between Ben O’Connor and Tim Wellens, with the Aussie managing to drop the Belgian on the final climb and take a solo win. The organisers have made a few changes this year, but it remains just as hard.
2025 Tour de la Provence Stage 1 Preview
Marseille > Saint-Victoret 174km The first stage of the race is the hardest of the three days. We’ll have to see how the riders approach the opening hour of racing, there’s no guarantee they go full gas up the climbs.
2025 Tour de la Provence Overall Preview
Tour de la Provence is back to being 3 stages this year, the prologue has been kicked out. Stage 1 looks like being the big GC day, but without proper mountains, it should be a close race. Mads Pedersen is the defending champion, he’s back despite having to abandon Bessèges with tummy trouble.
2025 Tour of Oman Stage 5 Preview
Imty > The Green Mountain 140km The last stage of the race and we’re all set for a showdown on the Green Mountain. David Gaudu currently leads Adam Yates by 6 seconds, who’ll be crowned the winner of the 2025 Tour of Oman?
2025 Tour of Oman Stage 4 Preview
Oman Across Ages Museum > Oman Convention and Exhibition Center 181km Yes, I am a genius for picking Gaudu! Just when it looked like Yates would come past him, the Frenchman dug deep and found a little bit more energy and delivered an enthralling win. The GC will be settled on Wednesday, before that the sprinters get another chance to shine. Kooij won the opening stage and starts as the big favourite for this one.
2025 Tour of Oman Stage 3 Preview
Fanja > Eastern Mountain 183km This finish was used for the first (and only) time back in 2023, when Matteo Jorgenson took the win, his first as a pro. It’s a very steep finish and one that suits climbers who have a little bit of a dig. This will show who’s going to be fighting for the overall win at the end of the week.
2025 Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana Stage 5 Preview
Alfafar > Valencia 104km The final stage of the race is one for the sprinters. The organisers have tinkered with this stage in recent years, usually offering some hope to the climbers, but this year it’s pan flat.
