I’m not sure why there’s a huge climb just 50km into a 208km stage, but maybe the organisers know better than me. The breakaway riders will smell a chance, but stages like this regularly end in a big sprint, as most of the sprint teams come to an agreement to chase down all the main breakaway riders, but not always. As usual, the riders make the race, they’ll decide what we get.
