The start of the GC battle. The finish, La Molina, has been used countless times in this race, but the organisers have tinkered with what comes before it. Using Coll de la Creueta as the penultimate climb increases the difficulty significantly, this is the same finale, which was used in 2023, and it created relatively big gaps. It was also used in 2018, with even bigger gaps between the top 10. Nearly 220km and over 5000m of climbing, this is going to be a very demanding day.
