Stage 18 and the return of an old friend, Muro di Ca’ del Poggio. This little beauty has featured in many Giro stages, but quite often it’s early in the stage and doesn’t matter too much. The last time it was close to the finish was all the way back in 2014 when Stefano Pirazzi (remember him?) won from the break ahead of Tim Wellens and Jay McCarthy.
